Sweetest Customers, we are officially BOOKED this week with the only possible ‘baking days’ and ‘flavors’.  YOU CAN ORDER anything off the EXISTING baking schedule below….  As you know, we are a ‘concierge, batch baking’ business.  Whichever client books, hires us first (via the online order form) determines the baking days and flavors on those days.  We are also limited in ‘baking days’ and ‘flavors’ as we have a Memorial Day weekend closure at the beginning of the week AND all surrounding High School graduations are scheduled on Saturday, June 4th.  Lastly, we also have various EOY, End of Year, school functions for all three of our kiddos from 6/1 to 6/3.  We deeply apologize for ANY inconvenience and are hoping, praying, our existing baking will meet at least some of your baking needs!? 🙂

2016 Upcoming Holidays|Closures|

  • WE will be CLOSED Saturday May 28th through Monday May 30th for Memorial Day Weekend.
  • Graduation 6/4:  Wylie High (11AM), Wylie East High School (3PM) & Sasche High School (8am).
  • Father’s Day Boxes & A la Carte Available 6/18 (Father’s Day  is Sunday June 19th)
  • ALL Order forms will be available online before each of these weeks.

‘Flavor Booked’ Defined… what does that mean?

It means that in any given day, I can only bake 4-5 flavors max and meet our personal freshness expectations, daily work load and-or sleep!  To bake each individual flavor takes a certain amount of time, anywhere from 2-3 hours per flavor (from the starting point of pulling out ingredients, to loading the dishwasher after boxing, ribbon-ing those lovely cupcakes, etc.).  Hours per flavor also depends on the amount of steps each flavor takes as some are more complex than others, i.e. butter toffee layer (Brilliant Butterfinger), filling with marshmallow cream (CookiesNDream), etc.  I’ve learned to multitask and prep ingredients, but it all comes down to quiet undisturbed baking hours…  No matter, whichever client books online first, determines the flavors I bake that day up to four or five…  Pretty fun fyi huh?  So enjoy this week’s baking as EOY, End of the Year, events are here, I know I will!  Appreciate you all dearly<3.

Communication, remember I don’t answer my phone on baking days for the most part, but especially if I’m in the ‘thick of it’! And of course I’m honored, humbled and would LOVE to bake for you, just plug in your orders  online with hopefully ONE WEEK’S advance notice…  HONESTLY though, If you’ve submitted your online order by Sunday Midnight, I do everything I can to get you and and your flavors on my schedule that week….unless of course I’m ‘flavor booked’, ha! 😉

.65 for box of two (zero profit)

Mini Size | $1.625 Each/Order in groups of 12 please
We have boxes that hold one dozen ($19.50) or two dozen minis ($39).

YES, you may order a MIXED Box of Minis …just let me know in the comment section.

You will receive an email, text or phone call to verify that we received your order w/in 24 hours. Thank You for placing your orders by deadlines listed above before your preferred baking day(s). This helps me to prep for the next day’s baking. If you miss the deadline, no worries, I’m sure I’ll have some overages as baking batches are always uneven. Remember ‘weekend’, this type of baking, is super fun… NO ‘dozen’ MINIMUMS (Full Size) because you’re basically ‘piggy backing’ onto existing orders… so go for that box of 4 or 6 with lots of fun flavors.
